Work Folder redirection

Hi,

     In my company, a policy limits the size of application data folder on the computer. So, when user try to open a document throught the LC server, the size limit is reached (32 Mb). I can't authorize the user to have more space without impact on the others...

     I try to redirect the folder by using the -data parameters in the shortcut (workbench.exe -data MyPath) but i subsist  template and objects folder in {userfolder}\Application Data\Adobe\Designer\8.2.

     I try to add -configuration and -user parameters but its redirect the Ecplise folder.

     How can i redirect all template and objects datas ?
