Render Formguide with PDF View

After 1.5 years of not working with Livecycle I am a little rusty.  I'd appreciate some help.

At the moment we render a form and the user can not see the PDF in the workspace.  I want change the process to allow them see both the FormGuide and PDF.  Any ideas how to turn the PDF option back on?
