Use input field email as recipient

Hello LCWB community,

Firstly, please excuse my dysfunction. I'm totally new to this. I'm planning a forms process and need some help figuring out the best way (or if it's possible) to complete it. The user adds an email to a form that has an input box labeled "SEND TO:" I need for workbench to pull this email from the input field and send it to that person. How can this be accomplished.
