Process Designer has blank process

Hi,

We have a valid process (can be viewed from other Workbenches installs on other PCs and was working previously on this PC), the process is blank and no component appear in the Process Designer window.  It does the same for any process we try to open or a new one.  Very weird.  We tried deleted the workspace, running as administrator, to no avail.  What's the problem?

We have Flash 10.1.3 installed on our PC  Worked fine before.
